If you do not yet have a copy of your police record, you can proceed through the form and either forward this to us at a later date or apply for the ACRO certificate through The Travel Visa Company.

All original documents MUST be presented with a photocopy at your appointment. The Embassy will not return original documents if photocopies are not supplied. In some cases, further documents and guarantees will be required with your application

- Passport photocopy – Quality passport scan of both top and bottom of details page
- Photograph – The photograph must be of quality and to usual passport standards.
- ACRO Police Certificate – You must upload your ACRO Police Certificate if applicable. Alternatively you can proceed and apply for this via The Travel Visa Company.
