Updated requirements (28/09/22): If a traveller is found to have visited Cuba, the traveller is no longer eligible to participate in the Visa Wavier Program and must apply for a visa to enter the United States. Source: Dept. of Homeland Security
The ESTA is valid for 2 years allowing stays of up to 90 days at a time into America (U.S.).
All passengers travelling to America (U.S.) MUST hold a passport with an integrated chip.
Anyone who has travelled to Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Somalia or Yemen or who are dual nationals of these states, can no longer travel to America (U.S.) under the visa waiver program.
If you are ineligible for an ESTA, you must apply for an America (U.S.) B-2 Tourist Visa.
