Welcome to the eTA online application portal provided by The Travel Visa Company Ltd. Here, you can apply for your Canada eTA. Below is a list of important information that you may need to know before applying.
Important
This eTA is valid for 5 years and allows multiple entries of up to 6 months determined upon arrival into Canada.
You are not required to obtain an eTA if you are entering Canada by land or sea. An eTA is only needed when entering by air.
If you have ever been arrested for, been charged with, or convicted of any criminal offence, you will be required to submit an ACRO Police Certificate and the processing time is likely to be significantly longer.

It is important that, before you continue this online application, you ensure that you have digital copies of the following documents as you will be required to upload these. If your application requires disclosure of a police record, we cannot proceed with processing until we receive this
- Passport photocopy – Quality passport scan of both top and bottom of details page
- ACRO Police Certificate – IF you have ever been arrested for, charged with or convicted of any criminal offence, you must upload your ACRO Police Certificate if applicable. Alternatively you can proceed and apply for this via The Travel Visa Company.
