Group E-Visa Online Application Portal
Welcome to the China Group E-Visa online application portal provided by The Travel Visa Company Ltd. Below is a list of important information that you will need to know before applying.
Important
This visa is only valid for those travelling in groups of two or more.
Each group member MUST make their own application.
All group members must be entering and exiting China together.
This visa only permits a single entry of up to 20 days.
You are available (in the UK) to receive this visa at least 5 days before entering China.
Those who have perviously visited any Middle Eastern countries, such as Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan or Jordan, WILL NOT be eligible for this visa.
Please apply NO LATER than 8 WEEKS prior to your date of travel.

It is important that, before you continue this online application, you ensure that you have digital copies of the following documents as you will be required to upload these.
- Passport scan – Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of departure
- Photograph – You must provide a quality passport style photograph.
- Hotel Confirmation – You MUST provide a copy of your hotel booking confirmation. This MUST show names of all group members, show check in and out dates and show hotel’s full address.
- Flight Confirmation/Ticket – You MUST provide a copy of your flight booking confirmation. This MUST show names of all group members and show you entering and exiting China.
- Travel/Tour Itinerary -You MUST provide a copy of your day-to-day travel/tour itinerary which gives some details of your plans whilst in China. If you have not booked with a tour company, you will need to produce a short day-to-day itinerary for us to provide to the Chinese Immigration Office.
