Welcome to the Indian E-Visa online application portal provided by The Travel Visa Company Ltd. Below is a list of important information that you may need to know before applying. Please note: This portal is specifically for those that require a visa for business purposes. With this visa you can also partake in tourist activities.
Important
Multiple Entry – 1 Year Valid for 12 months and allows multiple entries of up to 180 days into India.
You are only permitted a maximum of two Evisa for India per Calendar year.

It is important that, before you continue this online application, you ensure that you have digital copies of the following documents as you will be required to upload these.
- Photograph – Please provide a passport-style photograph. This should be clear, on a white background. If the photo you submit is not suitable we may contact you to ask for another.Please note: this should not be a photograph of the picture in your passport, this should be a recent, separate photograph.
- Passport Copy – Please provide a quality copy of your passport details page. For clarification this includes both the photo page and the details below.
- Business Card – You must provide a quality copy of both sides of your company business card.
- Invitation Letter – Please provide a business invite letter from the inviting firm in India addressed to ‘High Commission of India’. The letter must be on the company’s headed paper and signed by an authorised signatory of the company, proxy signature will not be accepted. The letter must contain the purpose of visit, applicants name and passport number, start and expiry date of the passport and the duration of stay in India (per trip, if applicable).
