At The Travel Visa Company we strive to deliver excellent customer service. If for any reason you feel we have not achieved this then please let us know so that we can hopefully rectify the situation and ensure it does not happen again.
Please submit any complaint / grievance via this portal. You will receive confirmation that your submission has been received, and will receive a response within 28 days from this date outlining our position in regards to your complaint / grievance. Any responses from The Travel Visa Company as a result of submission via this portal should be considered final. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
